Hi there! I just created this blog and I'm very excited! Yee Haw! I am going to blog my way through the change in my life to a healthier lifestyle. I'm choosing to blog about it: 1) so I can help myself by "journaling" the experience and 2) to hopefully "meet" and "talk" with other people trying to make positive and healthier changes in their lives as well. This is just my first post...a brief explanation on why this blog is here and what content people can expect.
So what's with the long, weird name? I am basing my lifestyle change on 3 different "lifestyles". The first is the Greek/Mediterranean diet. The second is called the Johnson Up Day Down Day Diet. And the third is the Low carb lifestyle. I will be writing about what I learn or have learned about each of these lifestyles, the challenges I may or may not face in attempting to 'weave' all three of these together and I will also be talking about my foray into the realm of exercise. That's all for now! If you've just found this...and this is the only post that's here...then you've just stumled upon me as I begin my journey! I hope you'll come back and follow with me as I learn and grow and share!
